Torben Siebert

Hello, I’m Torben, an illustrator and graphic designer based in Paris.
In my artistic practice I’m trying to explore the tension between
images and texts, as well as the possibility of making space tangible
in books or exhibitions.
My drawings and paintings revolve around places. Their objects,
shapes, corners and shadows fascinate me. Somewhere between
landscape and still life I seek a suspended moment, the very instant
when one manages to really immerse oneself into the presence of
a space.
